3 Days 2 Nights is Never Enough for a Foodie in BKK! The city is filled with so much good food~
Been more than 10 years since the last time i set foot in Bangkok. Was pleased to see that so much has changed. There was definitely no platinum mall and hardly any cafes back then.
Platinum Mall Food Court
Imo, i think they have some of the best food around in their food court!! love the Oyster Omelette, Tom Yum Soup and their freshly baked Waffles (near the dessert and drinks stall) !!
Oysters does not have a fishy smell and awful after-taste, Tom Yum Soup is more sweet than spicy (the ones in SG typically screams SPICY in your face), Waffles are clearly made from fresh dough and not some ready made mixture.
SomTam Nua
Fried Chicken Wings and Grilled Pork Collar is so GOOD that we ordered a 2nd serving!! SomTam (Thai Papaya Salad) is also a must order (although i have tasted nicer ones on the street).

After You Dessert Cafe
Told my friends to put this on our itinerary after hearing so much raves. Their Shibuya Honey Toast did not disappoint!! It was soooo gooood~ Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy within.
Another favorite item on the list was the strawberry bingsu. Love it for the finest ice shaving we have probably tasted.

Sabx2 Wonton Mee
Don't understand the craze over their wonton mee. It may be just my bowl, the noodles are not flavorful nor even marinated. The oil/lard seems to be overpowering and my mouth feels oily after a few mouthful. For SGD4 ~ I don't think its worth the long wait.
BUT BUT ....
The Pig Trotters Rice is DAMN AWESOME!!! The Knuckle is so tender and well braised.
