Sushi Mitsuya @ Tras Street, Singapore

Decided on Sushi Mitsuya for our little treat to start the year and I am glad it didn't disappoint.

There are 3 menu for lunch and we decided to go with the "Mizukagami 水鏡" set. At $100++, it comprises of Appetiser, Assorted Sashimi, Assorted Cooked Dish, 6 piece Sushi Medley, a
Makimono, Soup and Dessert.

 marinated sides of the scallops
Assorted Sashimi - cuttlefish, tuna, mackerel
 cod fish - cooked dish
Hotate (scallops) with black salt and yuzu shaving.
Chef Sean explained that black salt is being used instead of soya sauce as the latter is more overpowering.

 uni!!! ^^

 oden
 minced maguro (tuna).
dessert was sesame cake with ice cream

I would say the price is reasonable for the quality of the food and the service. Love how nicely the dishes were being executed. Definitely worth a re-visit.
