Clinton Street Baking Company - Singapore @ Purvis Street

Voted NYC #1 breakfast spot by Lonely Planet, this cafe has moved its way to Purvis Street!!! ^^

Sometimes i decide what to eat based on their profile on instagram and well, the above picture flooded their profile when you search for #clintonstreetbakingcompany. And true enough their pancakes lived up to their reputation. 

Love how fluffy & soft the pancakes are and the blueberries goes perfectly well too. 

Possibly the best pancakes in Singapore.

The other item i wish to try was their fried chicken waffles but we were there at 9am (far from their lunch hour which starts at 11:30am). Went for their Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs instead. Their scrambled eggs were done in a creamy, buttery manner... the way i like it!

Will be back to try out their Fried Chicken Waffles!! ^^
