Have been wanting to visit Shinji as friends who dined there raved about their sushi. My friend managed to make a reservation for lunch last week. And yes, reservation is a must!

We took the 12 piece menu ($150) which was really filling for the girls. So full that most of us skipped dinner that night.
My favourite picks were their uni, chopped toro, kuruma shrimp, snapper. What we really loved about Shinji's sushi is that each single rice was perfectly seasoned with rice vinegar and sticks perfectly well with each piece of sashimi.
We totally enjoyed our lunch and were spoiled by Chef Oshino with his beautifully executed dishes. Will be back.
