[Hong Kong] Tung Po Kitchen 东宝小馆

No trip to Hong Kong is complete without trying their Da Pai Dang.
Tung Po 东宝小馆 is a seafood restaurant in the North Point district and it is located on the 2nd floor of a wet market (Java Road Municipal Services building).
Beer is served in Bowls. Interesting.
Mantis Prawn (Steamed). According to the waiter, this is the most popular cooking method. The meat is sweet and taste is somewhat close to lobsters.
Mantis Prawn (Fried) - our preferred way of eating it!

Their signature Squid Ink pasta. I'm not really a squid ink person so can't really comment much. My friend however is a fan of it and commented that it is perfectly cooked and alot more tasty than the ones found in Singapore.

Although this place is highly recommended on Trip Advisor, Lonely Planet, etc we seem to be one of the few tables of foreigners. This place is super crowded and mainly dominated by the locals. Pricing wise is pretty affordable and for the experience, I think its worth the visit.
Reservations is highly recommended.
