Capital Café sells the exact same breakfast set as the all time favourite Australian Dairy Company. Except that this place comes with good service, pleasant environment and is less crowded.
Their signature - Scrambled Egg Toast with Black Truffle (HK$38) which is a must try IMO. The texture is really good and almost exactly the same as Australian Dairy Company. However, Capital’s scrambled egg is not as rich in flavour but I consider this as a very good alternative.
Do include this in your itinerary if you are staying in Wan Chai.
