By Chef Alvin Leung from Bo Innovation Hong Kong. the molecular Xiao Long Bao was sold out so we gave the Lap Mei Fan a shot. A foie gras foam, rose wine jelly and crispy rice pops dish. Hmmm... all i can conclude is that I am not that into molecular gastronomy.

potato and horseradish potato puree, shallots confit, roasted shallot and red wine sauce

Oxwell Cured Scottish Salmon, Artisan Sourdough Bread & Capers
a rather generous portion and decent tasting imo
