THAI PAN @ MANDARIN GARDENS

Thai Pan is located within Mandarin Gardens and is just around the vicinity of Victoria School and Victoria Junior College. My colleague highly recommend this place and raved about their butter squid. If you are driving there, be sure to inform the guard that you are visiting Thai Pan so that they can guide you to the visitor carpark. The packed restaurant @ 7:30pm Broccoli with fresh crab meat. I have never tried this elsewhere and would say that although its a bit on the bland side, it does compliment well with the other flavourful dishes. Butter Squid ($8) - lived up to its name! People around us are all ordering this. Portion was just right and the buttery gravy was really fragrant with a hint of spiciness. Cereal Chicken ($8) - the portion is huge for the smallest order. Day trip to Jeonju, Korea

I believe Jeju and Busan will come to most people's mind if they are thinking of travelling out of Seoul for a short trip. Since Sarah & I have been to Jeju and May isn't the right season to go Busan (the beach is closed), we google around for alternatives and found Jeonju 전주! What's there! - Hanok Village - Jeonju Bibimbap - Hanjeongsik (한정식) - Touring the village dressed in rented Hanbok Getting to Jeonju from Seoul You may head to Jeonju from Seoul via the KTX which is approximately 1hr 50mins. The departure station is at Yongsan Station and not Seoul Station. Yongsan Station which is connected via the Seoul Subway lines. 4days in Barcelona Itinerary

SUMMER IN BARCELONA This vibrant, warm city now holds a special place in my heart. Let me share on my itinerary before I dive into the highlights of the city. But before I do, let us take a moment of silence to pray for the victim of the recent attack @ la rambla. I was just there the week before the attack. Thank god we made Barcelona our first stop instead of the last otherwise, we will be there during those few days.
