BAIKOHKEN RAMEN!

I love Ramen!

I tried their Shio ramen (original) ages ago and don't really like it. Yet i see long queues everyday during lunch hour. And we waited 45mins for our order to arrive.

Lunch kahkis convinced me to give it another shot and this time round i ordered their Miso Charsiew Ramen topped w an egg (of cox). Added a lil garlic and chili...

And Ooooo........ Its divine!

Seriously, Ramen fans shouldn't give it a miss. Charsiew should be soak in the soup and to be eaten last. That way, the more soup it absorbs, the tastier it is.
