Seoul Escapade - Tteokbokki Town


Located @ Sindang-dong and easily accessed via the subway. This place is not to be missed! 

Tteokbokki Town has approximately 15 restaurants selling these traditional dish. We walked around and decided on Mabongnim Halmeoni Tteokbokki which has been opened since 1953.

How to Get There: From Exit 8 of Sindang Station (Subway Line No. 2 or 6), proceed between a cosmetic store and fire station about 200 meters, until you reach the arched entry of the street. Walk under the arched sign into “Sindangdong Tteokbokki Town.” Look to your left and you will see the large restaurant sign with a picture of the elderly Mabongnim.
